By accessing or using the Tohfaco website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
"Tohfaco" refers to our brand, website, and team. "You" refers to the customer placing an order.
Our Products & Services
- Tohfaco specialises in premium personalised gifts. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
- Since most of our products are custom-made and personalised, they are created specifically for each customer upon order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.
- We do not guarantee the availability of all products at all times.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods as listed at checkout.
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment or COD confirmation.
- In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed. Please retry or contact us.
Personalised & Custom Orders
Please note the following for all personalised items:
- You are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details (names, dates, messages, photos).
- We will produce the item exactly as per the details you provide. Tohfaco is not liable for errors arising from incorrect information submitted by you.
- Please review all personalisation details carefully before placing the order.
- Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We reserve the right to decline orders containing offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content.
Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver Pan India. Delivery timelines depend on your location and will be communicated after order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Tohfaco is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you.
- Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Refunds
- Non-personalised products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition.
- Personalised and custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability
Tohfaco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product ordered. We are not responsible for:
- Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics)
- Loss or damage caused by third-party courier services
- Technical issues with the website beyond our control
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Changes to Terms
Tohfaco reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
