We accept all major payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select areas. All online payments are secured with SSL encryption.

Absolutely! We specialise in corporate and bulk gifting for events, festivals, employee appreciation, and client gifting. For bulk orders of 10+ items, we offer special pricing and custom branding options. Please contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact page to discuss your requirements.

Yes, completely safe. Our website uses SSL (HTTPS) encryption and all payments are processed through RBI-approved payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Yes! As soon as your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation to your registered email address along with your Order ID. Please keep this handy for any future queries.

We offer a wide range of personalised gifts including custom-engraved jewellery, photo frames, personalised mugs, name-printed cushions, custom gift hampers, engraved keepsakes, personalised chocolates, and much more. Every item can be tailored with a name, message, date, or photo.

After adding a personalised product to your cart, you will see a text field or upload option on the product or checkout page. Enter the name, message, or upload your photo there. If you face any difficulty, you can WhatsApp us your details along with your Order ID after placing the order.

For certain products, we offer a digital proof/preview that is shared with you via WhatsApp or email before production begins. For standard personalised items, production starts after the order is confirmed. Please double-check all details carefully before ordering.

Personalised and custom-made gifts are crafted exclusively for you — with your name, photo, or message — and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged (except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective due to our error, in which case we will remake it at no cost). Please review your personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Personalised gifts require 1–2 additional business days for preparation before dispatch, on top of standard shipping time. For urgent personalised gifts, please contact us directly and we will do our best to prioritise your order.

We deliver all across India through our trusted courier partners. International shipping is currently not available but will be launching soon. Delivery timelines vary by location and will be communicated to you once your order is dispatched.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification via email and/or WhatsApp with your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time on the courier partner's website.

Our courier partner will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package is returned to us. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address, or provide a specific delivery time in the order notes. You can also contact us to redirect the delivery.

Yes! Simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address during checkout. We also offer a gift message card option where you can add a personal note to be included inside the package — making it a complete gifting experience.

All Tohfaco gifts come beautifully packaged by default. We also offer premium gift wrapping with ribbon, a personalised gift card, and luxury tissue paper at a small additional charge. You can select this option on the product or checkout page.

Standard gift items (unopened and unused) can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Personalised gifts, perishable items (cakes, flowers, edibles), and opened products are not eligible for return. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for the complete policy.

We are sorry to hear that! Please photograph or video the damaged item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at the earliest — no hassle, no questions asked.

Once a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 3–7 business days depending on your payment method. UPI and bank transfers are usually faster (2–3 days), while credit card refunds may take up to 7 days to reflect.

Standard orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Personalised orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes as production begins quickly. To cancel, please WhatsApp us immediately with your Order ID.
