To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact us within the return window with your Order ID and a brief reason for the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Please note: The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to the personal or perishable nature of the product.
- Personalised & Custom Gifts — Items engraved, printed, or handcrafted with a specific name, photo, message, or design are made exclusively for you. Because these products are created uniquely for a person, they cannot be resold or reused, and are therefore not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance (except if the item arrives damaged or defective — see below).
- Cakes, Chocolates & Edibles — All perishable food items are non-returnable once delivered.
- Fresh Flowers & Plants — Due to their perishable nature, flowers and live plants cannot be returned.
- Opened or Used Items — Any product that has been opened, used, or removed from its packaging.
- Digital Gift Cards & Vouchers — Once issued, gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
- Items Bought on Sale — Products purchased at a discounted / clearance price.
Our Recommendation: Before placing an order for a personalised gift, please double-check the name, message, date, and other details carefully. Once an order is confirmed and production begins, changes cannot be made. If you need help, our gifting experts are available to assist you before you order.
If your gift arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologise and will make it right immediately.
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
- Share your Order ID along with clear photos or a video of the damaged or incorrect item.
- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
- This applies to all products including personalised gifts — if the item we made is defective or damaged, we will redo it at no cost to you.
This policy covers personalised gifts too! If the customisation itself has an error on our part (wrong name, wrong design, printing defect), we will remake it at zero cost.
- Standard Orders — Can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
- Personalised / Custom Orders — Can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.
- Same-Day Delivery Orders — Cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed and assigned to a delivery partner.

Once a return or cancellation is approved, refunds are processed as follows:

Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. Refunds will be for the product value only.
